A building materials and home supplies retailer engaged their customs broker to review entries for recoverable duty. The broker found less than $100,000. Skeptical but willing, they engaged Dominion for a second opinion. We identified $1M in the first six months and a total of $3.5M over 18 months — 35× the broker’s result, plus future savings projected at more than double the recovery amount.
